In this space, we explore colors as a language. One that everyone relates to differently. How does yellow make you feel? How would feel if you were in a dark purple room? Which color feels annoying to you? Did you know that the human eye can see more shades of green than any other color?

I've had a deep connection with colors and making abstract paintings since I was a child. When I starting having talk therapy, I realised that while talking things out helped me to understand and have a larger perspective, painting helped me feel differently in my body, to feel alive again after many years of feeling numbed out and anxious.

Your body doesn’t just store emotion, it creates habitual responses to your emotions. This means that a lot of the things you may want to change about yourself don’t have anything to do with who you are, but are simply ways your body has learned to protect you from perceived danger. In my work, we change those patterns so that you not only feel safe, you feel alive!
